Meet the Captain and Crew

Captain Rob has decades of experience fishing New England Coastal Waters and his experience shows when out fishing with him. You hear some of our customers say "In Rob We Trust."

Captain Aaron - has been with Yankee Fleet many seasons and is a great time on the water.

Mate Matt - has worked on the water with Yankee Fleet for over 5 years and has abundance of experience locally and fishing all over the country.

Capt. Thomas Orrell - Started working at Yankee Fleet in 1979, received his Captains License in 1982 and ran every kind of trip from Gloucester to Key West. Tom became operations manager in 1991 and in 2008 took over the company. He has a beautiful wife and four beautiful daughters. Tom has recently stepped back in 2022 to enjoy well deserved family with his grandchildren.

Captain Jon - has been a licensed captain for 6 years and has experience with a multitude of passenger vessels, commercial diving, marine construction, and welding. In 2022 Tom "passed the torch" and Jon took over management of Yankee Fleet.
